Almost a year to the day since i posted...

Maybe an omen? Maybe because im fucking lazy?

First post in ages about anything really...

Well, we are back in recording mode this time in the Fens (Little Downham). Just getting the drums sorted but a moth landed on a lamp and caught fire, so we're gona stop for a smoke.

I want to play guitar :o(

Im writing this from my bed in Holloway... the drive back last night really took it out of us but we know what we have created was worth every penny and time spent in the dungeon in Torquay!

We had some celestial moments on the side of the M3 last night, Clear All Exits was blasting out and we were taking in the creepy trees and the Milky Way... I think we moved to a new level of bonding, next will be sitting on the bog together.

Final mix should be a week...

Anyway, heres a little message from me and Ric to sum up how good the recording is...

Day 3... More sleep on the English..... Riviera

Much needed sleep and good hearty steak was much needed last night... We took a trip to our now FAVOURITE pub in the world, (Camelots, look it up!! You will have the knight of your life!) filled our guts up with steak (Dodge had cheesy chips?!) and reviewed our efforts of the day...

James is currently ceating what can only be described as an orchestra from hell on his synths (see below)

Day 2... Iron Bru, Lucozade and Massive Guitars

Good morning from Torquay...

Drums and bass sorted, now onto guitars, synths and vocals!! I have even created a "Wall of Sound" (Pic below) that im mega fucking chuffed with!

James is currently laying down the dirtiest synths while i sit upstairs and smoke coffee and drink mayfair smooths... errrr

Last nights antics included drinking, throwing meat and chips at locals, the invention of bog blogging (more to come on that), Stevie and James using the bath and Ric being asked what part of Asia he was from.

So we finished the guitars today... sounding fucking huge. Were off out now for a steak banquet down our new favourite pub "Camelots".... we get served by wenches and get flagons of ale..

Day 1.... Welcome to Torquay...

After a glorious ride through the west country, and past Stonehenge, (Dodge did want us to do an acoustic set there but it was too dark) we found ourselves at the foot of Torquay and surrounded by beautiful coastline and teenagers being sick.

WE HAD ARRIVED!

After a handful of hours asleep we were woken by 500 seagulls having a party at our window. Ric was non-plussed.

4 Days Till Foundations Are Laid

So its been a year in the making... were finally going into the studio to lay down our thoughts, our hates and our melodies.

Were gona put some little film clips up so if your really fucking bored at work you can see Dodge twidling with some knobs or James sleeping on a drumstick...
